Descended in womens eyes?

I got bimax 6 weeks ago, and everyrone says it looks better than before, especially my side.
My mom says i look more masculine and mature but i lost "cuteness"
Sure it's only my mom but is it possible that women could think i descended due to looking more mature, even tho i objectively improved?
