An ideal job should involve both imo. Some stuff where you're at the desk and just brainstorming and whatnot, then parts where you have to "perform" by actually having to move around

Tbh I literally studied and have skills to do a desk job and other manual jobs pay less that requires no skill and don't have skills or it will take time to gain skills for another job
