i have a deviated septum, can i use poor breathing and shitty sleep (things i dont have), as an excuse for rhino, and will the NHS cover it?

The only part that will be insured is the deviated septum. If you want any cosmetic things done to your nose, NHS wont cover it.

yes more than likely. idk abt Britain but ik the states will do it for reasons like that.

How long is the waiting list. I saw itโ€™s about 24 months but I saw another site saying 18 weeks?
