Diagnose my eyebags

I guess my infraorbitals are pretty shit. But i have some discoloration too at least in some lightings. What softmax/light hardmax could be most worth it in my case?

Also, i do have diagnosed insomnia, and i take hydroxizine for sleep. Could the meds be making them worse?
