The IQ of a lot of 20th-century Mathematicians and Computer Scientists probably can't even be measured, so a huge drop in cognitive ability still makes them an IQ mogger. I knew very smart guys at university who destroyed their brains with weed and drugs, but since they were so smart, it didn't matter much.

Not really, although people will schizophrenia report with lower iqs, it’s never 20 less. Usually 90 smth on average, so they lose about 5 points
