Honestly seems useless as fuck. genuinely cannot conjure up good reason for making my pupils large to shine a light at them

My eye doctor never did it in shitty UK.

It relaxes the eye muscle which focuses the lens. Mine is overactive and constantly contracted, so they kept giving me stronger glasses when I didn't need them.

Now I can't have laser eye surgery until I reduce my prescription to my true refractive error
