If flexibility of corpus spongosium and DHT receptor density and DHT mRNA expression of corpus cavernosum is enhanced then penis will grow. DHT rather than HGH is the main determinant of penile size. Its not testosterone. Testosterone mainly develops muscle and bone. There are compounds that cause the corpus cavernosum to hold more DHT like quercetin and when co-administrated with DHT hyperagonists via ablation it triggers penile growth.

As far as i know it;s not possible to gain penis growth by oral pills without side effects like balding or other shit. But i can be wrong.
You need just more DHT and more DHT = balding
You need to do more research
