Jelqing and stretching can extend penis length.

Google "penis extender studies" Im too lazy to point out the studies but you can gain about an inch on your soft dick and about .6 inches on your hard dick w/ penis extenders. The men in those studies usually have penis sizes of 4-5 inches, so if you get the same percentage increase it can be a bit bigger.
