Now i did 3 exercises because im on vacation and can't do much
Also i've focused more on my back/biceps because 2 days ago I just did a push workout since i suffered from a back cramp from another excrutiating session
I did 3 sets of pull ups and chin ups to failure
And 2 sets of dips to failure
Also improved from 7 to 12 reps of pull ups in 2/3 workouts sess.
Nothing much to say i love you twin stay positive and always push yourself
