Did a full upper body workout

Now i did 3 exercises because im on vacation and can't do much
Also i've focused more on my back/biceps because 2 days ago I just did a push workout since i suffered from a back cramp from another excrutiating session

I did 3 sets of pull ups and chin ups to failure

And 2 sets of dips to failure

Also improved from 7 to 12 reps of pull ups in 2/3 workouts sess.

Nothing much to say i love you twin stay positive and always push yourself:feelshah:

12 reps of pull ups is actually really good, will you ever progress to weighted pull ups or nah?

Unfortunately i can't proceede anymore because i will be returning from my vacation in a few days and don't have anywhere to do it:feelswhy:
But yeah if i reach 15 reps ill start adding 5kg dumbells in my backpack and do it
