Did any bodybuilder ever talk about achieving symmetry in the body?

That. Some muscles look stronger on right side and some others in the left. I think it might be related to my fucking tongue tie being shorter on one side and also of course doing certain things always with the same side (such as writing with right and in direction to the right (if your language is like that)

but lifting weight in the gym should remove any asymmetry because of the force needed to lift it.
let's say you do 15 kg bicep raises and your left arm feels weaker, you have to keep doing with 15 until they reach the same strenght level

damn bro you must be an assymetrical person

i feel that my top left ab is smaller than the top right one lol
maybe bc i don't work out and I'm anorexic lol

and my right eye has asian pct while my left one is slight pct

i wish asssymetry wasn't a thing lol now i have to get surgery to correct it

yes dozens if not hundreds jfl it's literally one of the main criteria they're judged on

I think mouse usage with right hand is another cause, I started to self perceive all of my muscles (limbs and face) and either put them in the same position (or relax those that are tense) or do the opposite (if my left leg is bent when standing and the right is straight then I try to bend the right and straighten the other)
But I don't know how much of that is cope if I don't solve my tongue tie and fucking short penis frenulum (shorter on one side)

yes ofc people talk about it, for example my bicep left side is a bit smaller /different insertion than my right. this was also the case with Arnold but he's 7time mr o. dont get stuck up on slight asymmetries and best advice is just keep lifting same weighhts but introduce more like dumbbel stuff for asymmetry

Arnold didn't look good to me tbh just as neither did Heat when he got the second place in 2018 I think.

he may not look good to you but I'm saying even people with top percentile genetics have asymmetry, we are humans not robots. you should try to find beauty in imperfections and flaws (as long as you are not recessed tho :feelswhy::feelswah:)

I mean Arnold being that big with so many imbalances frankly looked like shit to me.
Recession can be frauded to a fair degree (I think). Symetry is important bro is an indicator of beauty. I would say asymmettry is nowaday common because use of computer/sitting and writing in school=scoliosis

i mean obviously you shouldn't look like two face but slight asymmetry is expected, and most of the time ppl dont notice unless it's over the top

lol yes. My main concern was you know a bigger arm than the other

yeah trust me everyone has it, I have it too but it was way more obvious like 4 5 months ago as I lift more it looks more symmetrical
