When i was 7 my parrents ignored the doctor when he said I need mse because i had a narrow palate...

I’m not recessed or anything it’s primarily the hairline that fucks me up then eye area and nose. Fixing this is actually easy, I can softmaxx the eye area then get a rhino and hair transplant + fin to maintain. I just need money tbh
