we are made for hunter and gathering, not for “hAvInG a SoCiaL LiFe” and muh posture routine and sleep routine. That’s women’s shitSame here. But they are all good habits. For example skin care routine, teeth routine, anti hair loss routine, Posture Routine, diet, sleep, getting at least some steps in daily, drinking enough, not letting your room become dirty, have a social life and going to the gym. How the fuck are you supposed to keep up with this long term. No wonder there are so many rotters that gave up
You just need to force yourself to do it until it becomes a habit. Then it won't feel like a chore.Same here. But they are all good habits. Think about why you chose to do these things in the first place. Because your life is miserable as shit without them. You were once or currently are an ugly out of shape loser with no life. It’s very easy to lose sight of this and see these things as unnecessary chores rather than a necessity to actually live.Same here. But they are all good habits.
