if yes how long did it take you to see progress and what exercises are most optimal to raise hyoid i only want autists to answer

it's just tensing the muscle tissue and skin around it to keep it in an uplifted position for an extended period of time

im currently working on my hyoid using neck curls, and chin tucks everyone keeps telling me its not cope so I've decided to try it.

training the supra hyoid muscles, more likely to tense thus raising the hyoid slightly.

most of the results are due to practicing tongue posture and purely nose breathing, also they were probably fat (double chin :lul:).

for me chin tucks worked along with neck curls (to define and get wider neck). prolly took like 3-4 months consistent training like 5 times a week.
you might want some resistance in chin tucks, people use tennis balls I just used my thumb. you need to do this basically as long as you care.

Yes sit jerking off because its cope if kt takes 6months, rather just fiddle with my fingers
im not saying you should ldar. but put that time and effort you put into coping with this tiktok advice into something useful, like saving up money to hardmaxx

Did u read the study on eldery people , who commited hyoid raising

They did have some changes but i still think its jew propaganda and cope:feelswhat:
