title, i got leaner etc but i feel like i had better abs at a bit higher bf, i dont train abs that often but i dont see why i should lose muscle mass there when i dont lose muscle/strength anywhere else, i practically dont have any fat on my stomach but still abs kinda meh compared to like month and a half ago
 
You should train them more it helped me

u probably barely use ur core, what do u expect??? That a low bf will give u a wonderful physique??

i go to the gym 5 days a week, i just didnt expect losing core muscle while training it like once a week or like once in 2 weeks

once a week / once in 2 weeks? u know its the fastest recovering muscle right, u can train it a lot

u need to train it twice a week, less than that and it will atrophy (even more so when cutting).
High frequency + low volume: this is enough, u dont need to train like a madman. If u want to do 1 set every day, that's enough.

ye well i will start doing it often, i am very low energy when cutting and its such a boring annoying muscle to train
