He should have gotten a bigger implant. That’s why I say to get fillers first to get an idea of your ideal jaw dimensions since you can tweak your results

Rather he should have designed his implants with sharper flanged corners like these

of course but still. i got some interesting b/a pictures from realself etc.
sometimes when i look at the CT scan i overestimate the sizes for implant, not very easy to decide with surgeons.

it wasn't because his jaw, it was because his vermilion advancement. mostly. also his jaw was recessed and his mouth was pretty small

his face was small af, he was small af and then he decided to get a huge wraparound ofc its goign wrong
