I am skeptical. How many subscribers/views does he get on TT? Sorry if that is a stupid question, I don't know anything about TT. he only has 16K subs on Youtube. I suspect he has been identified by the political left as someone that embodies a lot of easy to critique toxic masculinity traits, and they are the ones promoting him, that the media attention he gets is not organic, but kind of a negative astroturfing.
