I am just eating around 1500 cals and go gym sometimes a week rest of the time i sit at a place so i dont think my body need too much calories to functionDefinitely can
But it's much easier to do whilst building some muscle. It makes it easier

Much harder both mentally and physically though
I also did lost around 3 kgs in like 1.5 months maybe just by eating low cals but yea its very slow rate of losing fat but i dont stress myself that wayDefinitely can

Yeah I don’t know about 500 calories but weight lifting definitely helps a lot.You can, but why would you do that? Depending on the type of exercise, one session might burn 500+ calories which helps with the weightloss a lot
