Even a bit is way better than nothing

But to answer your question, yes. Most models that are requireD to have stick figures rather than lean gymmaxed (most), are often frail as a result of little muscle mass but low body fat
Much harder both mentally and physically though

I am just eating around 1500 cals and go gym sometimes a week rest of the time i sit at a place so i dont think my body need too much calories to function

I also did lost around 3 kgs in like 1.5 months maybe just by eating low cals but yea its very slow rate of losing fat but i dont stress myself that way

You can, but why would you do that? Depending on the type of exercise, one session might burn 500+ calories which helps with the weightloss a lot

When I’m on ADHD meds food is boring and it’s easy not to overeat

When I’m not on meds food is the most dopamine inducing beautiful thing that I look forward to all day

Yeah I don’t know about 500 calories but weight lifting definitely helps a lot.

Not only are you burning 200 calories in an average weight-lifting session, but you’re encouraging your body to devote calories towards muscle gain itself + increasing your overall metabolism by building muscle.
