recently i had got into an indian channel called one tag life who claims that he had increased people height by 7 cm whose growth plates were closed. i dont know its true or not but he provides evidence and it seems pretty legit so what do u think about this . did anyone on this forum gained height after reaching like 25 or some thing .

Hes same height as his dad. Obviously just late growth if rhe story is even real at all

Cant find any actual sources outside of blackpill copers trying to sell their courses
