I'm doing this at the moment with the thing dentists use to keep your mouth open, bought some off Amazon for pretty cheap.

Only been using this on and off for about a month. Not noticed any permanent width gains (haven't really been keeping track tbh) but it noticeably increases mouth width for at least a few hours after ~15 minutes use. At least useful before going on dates or out somewhere when you want to looksmaxx.

Yep. There's a procedure called lateral commissuroplasty that can make the mouth wider but apparently the scars make the procedure not worthwhile for men without microstomia.
