As someone who remains one of the few who keeps in touch with him i can confirm to you that he didn’t and was just seriously mentally ill back then. What gave him his “surgery” look was him being anorexic while overdosing on hgh and mk and bonesmashing which gave him slight acromegaly (he also didn’t grow at all on hgh he grew 3 inches and that was from puberty)

Exactly all he did was take drugs. But recently he’s started recovering and is on his way back to being a normal functioning person
