Before/after pics only make sense under the exact same conditions. Angle fraud can ascend/descend harder than 3 months of softmaxxing. From what I can make out, your eye area got better. Doesn't look tried and blaoted anymore

His under eyes look worse, more pigmentation in the after photo. Majority of the "pigmentation" in the before is the down lighting on his hair casting a shadow over his eyes.
