i use falim gum and first i chewed like 30 minutes to an hour but now i chew 2-3 hours a day almost

Dont over chew, i did and it caused TMJ problems which made it very painful to eat for a week. I recomend 30 mins each side

the gum isnt that hard so i just chew until i dont want to anymore, ive been chewing since january and didnt have any problems so yea
