Obviously yes, it will be hard, idk when your exact sutures close in your palate, but you need to start thumb pulling, if your sutures didn't close too much then it will work.. search up jordan wood on YouTube and watch his thumbpulling video to understand how to do it correctly..
once you stop thumbpulling you reverse your progress, it's just like muscle, if you've been thumbpulling for two months and stop for two weeks you will lose progress.
