So this girl called me unattractive in front of everyone and nobody really cared much, so she and some guy friend asked what I thought about her. I didn't want to tell them but they pressured me, so I told her I don't think that she is at all unattractive but you need to lose weight. All of a sudden all the girls were shocked and she got really angry at me and was telling me off. Like how do you think I felt when you called me unattractive.

so id say to take the safe route of 8ntermittent fasting
I did it but i stopped cuz i lack discipline lol
Its good since i have less time to eat since im restricting myself to an 8 hour window
So i feel less hungry and get more full when i eat when i did intermittent fasting
