I was in pandemic during 8th grade, which is the beginning of puberty basically. because i was home alone all day I sat on my ass and played fortnite and barely ate, this trend continued through most of my freshman year as well. For a while I chalked my slow growth up to being a late bloomer, but now at 17 years old, im skinny, and only 5'9. If I try my hardest to eat as much as possible, is there any chance of me growing further? My dad says he kept growing into his junior year of college so I have some hope but I hear that's extremely rare.

shits hilarious how accurate this was to my situation except im 1 year older, thankfully my growth spurts were right before covid started and I stayed at 5,10 tho I could have possibly grown more had I not been playing siege all day :lul::lul:. u might still grow if u do the right things high protein + adequate consistent sleep stretching + exercising.

Bro I really didn’t eat that much and I still grew to 6’0 but now that I’m actually eating a lot I’m growing a lot more. Still skinny though 💔
