so i'm trying to be on a strict low carbsper day diet and i drank a zero sugar monster not realising it had 3g of carb. is that enough to not be in ketosis anymore or am i trippin. also another question, was my food for the day nutritious or not: i ate 4 eggs and a glass of milk for breakfast, half a pound of grilled cod, a pound of steak (rare to preserve more b12), roughlyh 50g of tomatoes and 50 g of avocado
