I started training my right eye ONLY today (it's the left one on the pic because it's a reverse mirror), is it better or should I stop ? I only train my right one so I can see the contrast.
 
You should lose weight is what you should do, stop worrying about eye training and get in the gym and stop eating twinkies nigga

I'm 6'0 190lbs but skinny (heavy bones), I guess I'm skinny fat tho idk how to debloat my face

6'0 190 is not skinny, I know that because I'm 6'0 177 and I used to be 6'0 225, no such thing as big bones my nigga you're just fat.

You're only slightly overweight so all you have to lose is 10-20 lbs

I understand what you mean but I got no belly and I got a long lanky build so wtf am I supposed to look like if I lose weight lmao? I was actually trying to gain some fat until I realized I'm 190

You're skinny fat, you gotta gain muscle while losing fat.

Calculate your TDEE here:

And then eat about 800 calories below that every day, so if your TDEE is 3000 calories only eat 2200 calories per day.

And while you're doing that, make sure to get at least 160 grams of protein in everyday, also weightlift consistently.

Good stuff bro. Unfortunately I get a lot of money so I kinda live the life I never lived when I was a kid which means I eat fastfood everyday, how bad is that ?
 
Just get better sleep. It made my eyes better in symmetricalness

damn dude are you sure? It feels gay to ask for a physique pic, but there's no reason to debloat your face if you're fat. For reference, at 6'1 180 I was the definition of skinny fat. basically like those 135 pound 6'1 twinks you see but I had 50 pounds of fat slabbed onto that. don't have a small frame either. The thing is, I didn't think I was fat either. I would describe myself as lanky and not really having a belly. In hindsight, I was delusional and definitely had a bit of a belly, the difference it wasn't the same as a fat person belly. Weight goes directly to my face and lower stomach, like a lot of guys, but that doesn't mean it's the same for you either. Could be face and thighs/legs, arms, etc.

BUT, I suppose it is possible, either way you still have some fat to lose. 190 without working out is pretty much guaranteed fat
