i got 2 premolars extracted when i was 13 to match my bottom two premolars which i never had. i have like a 38-39 mm pallete and a decent 8 tooth smile. my fwhr also is pretty high so did i just get out lucky with extractions. my infras are cooked tho, idk if they were before.
