Did I get scammed?

About a month and a half ago I ordered some pregabalin and accutane from this guy off indiamart. He said it would take 2 weeks but it ended up taking 4 weeks. There was a decent reason tho; apparently either like Dubai or India port was messed up so it was delayed or wtv but that doesn’t matter. I got the package so it wasn’t a scam. A few days after I got those I ordered some enclo and mk from the exact same guy. Literally 1 week ago, last Thursday, I sent him the money and he hasn’t contacted me since. It makes no sense for him to scam me now since he already sent the first package. Idk if he died or something but I want my $70 back and idk if that’s possible

Exactly. Especially since he literally fulfilled the first order and there wasn’t a big difference in the amount that I ordered the second time so there wouldn’t be any reasons for them to.
