Gym. Shoulder spamming lateral raise. A few bulks. Steeve reeves deadlift and wide dumbbell pullovers. Good hormones ( I did testosterone personally). I basically threw everything that people said worked into a pot and just went with it

How many sets of specific shoulder exercises did you do each week?! And how often did you train shoulders a week?

🤣 I train shoulders every single time I'm at the gym. And I mostly train 4 days a week but I always rest alot. I'll spam a body part then rest 3 days of that body part minimum


I train shoulders till failure. Shoulders I get 25 reps per set. 5 sets. If I can't do 20 reps I just do it till I can't anymore. Drop sets. Start heavy then go down the ladder in weight. Do machines. Lateral raises machine is best.

Damn okay 4*5=20 sets per week on shoulders alone is a lot of volume but it seems to work for you so that great.
Also 25 reps is alot per set your shoulders must be absolutely pumped everytime haha
