2023 vs 2016. He clearly looked better PSL wise in 2016, he was actually quite decent looking with good bones. Now he looks much worse PSL wise with his shitty hair and mustache but in terms of the female gaze he no longer looks like a nerd and looks NT and the mustache/beard/tattoos is actually a desired look among foids these days.
