Nothing changed and your acne got worse. But that has nothing to do with the weight loss, it’s a separate problem that also needs to be addressed. Keep losing weight, hard mewing and chewing.

It’s probably because you were so fat to begin with that 30 pounds weren’t enough to see a difference but don’t give up! Progress is progress, keep it up and eventually you will get results!

And for the acne, I would go to a dermatologist tbh
