Did septoplasty fix uneven nosetip from the front?

I have a mild case of deviated septum. Its obv visible from beneath my nose but since one of my nostrils are wider, that side of the nose sticks out more. Will this be corrected if i get a septoplasty? Or would i need rhinoplasty

probably not but maybe slighty depending what your surgeon does, but nasal flaring when breathing will usually be fixed
