I’ve been thinking a lot about how my jaw developed, and I’m starting to believe my severe asthma as a kid completely screwed it up. I had asthma since I was 3, was hospitalized multiple times, and pretty much mouth-breathed my entire childhood because I physically couldn’t breathe properly and they put machines on my mouth.
Now I’m looking at my jaw, and it just seems off. My chin looks weak, and my facial structure doesn’t have that defined, masculine look. I feel like all those years of mouth breathing stunted my development.
My chin exists but is short.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any way to fix it now, or am I just screwed? I’ve heard about mewing, but I don’t know if it can actually reverse years of damage.
It's over for Asthmacels.
