Like, people in the USA would say how socialism sucks because it ruined North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela etc. but like, those countries were never really great to begin with?

The question seems a little retarded since socialism needs to shut down all the private property companies and create a new system where companies are run by the employees and managed by the goverment which is what leads to communism.

There's no way "a developed country" meaning a capitalist central turns into a pseudo feudal goverment who tries to shut down every single bit of private property. The undeveloped countries means capitalism failures, there's no way a country like US can turn into socialism right off the bat. They need to start from the basic industries.
