Always get the MARPE first cuz when the MARPE does its work it is gonna separate your front upper teeth, so after the MARPE you're gonna use braces.

I asked if I could use MARPE, but my orthodontist wouldn't let me and put braces on me. My palate is still narrow, and I have to force myself to breathe through my nose

Me obligaba a respirar por la nariz porque al cerrar la boca no se cierra del todo; suele quedarse ligeramente abierta. Cuando intento cerrarla, la barbilla se me levanta un poco, como si me obligara, y al final se vuelve a abrir, formando un bucle. En fin, el ortodoncista no se percató de estos problemas. Terminaré el tratamiento y, tanto si sale bien como si sale mal, iré a otro ortodoncista que pueda ayudarme. También le comentaré esto y veré qué me dice.
