Did vaccines give me autism as a kid?

Idk if my grandpa is being a schizo or not but he told me I got a bunch of vaccines at like 3 and he said I was never the same after that.

He said I always acted weird started pulling out my hair and having weird OCD traits (this is true when I was 4 I pulled out so much hair I looked like I was balding in the middle of my head) I also started picking my skin and face and would never socialize normally.

He said it all started when I did my first round of vaccinations and that I never acted quite the same after that. I don't know if he was fucking with me or not but this is scary maybe there is an alternate reality where I am normal or something?

It made me depressed for a whole day. He said I was such a normal boy till I turned 4 and that I became really weird around then and completely withdrawn. vaccines really do cause autism...

At least I had the common sense not to take the covid one
