it's probably just downward growth tbh you can clearly see that his browridge is quite developed. you're not just born with a sloped forehead
Brow ridge ≠ sloping. Brow ridge is 99% genetic and has nothing to do with muh „good development“ or environment. Some have it, some don‘t and that‘s fine.
