Already saving towards otoplasty and blepharoplasty. Possibly also hair transplant if minox and fin fail

BSSO in a few months. If I'm not improved enough to start landing decent women then I start saving for midface implant with infraorbital aspect for undereye support. I really think jaw surgery is great. Improves health, breathing, bite, aesthetics, and is a natural augmentation of existing material. I'm a little apprehensive about the implant but it seems that I very much need it. Might get a rhino someday.
