Higher for me both relationship and fwb wise, especially the awareness aspect changed a lot.

I feel like since reading in this forum, it's way easier to identify how your looks are on the scale and which girls you can realistically go for. Also you kinda get an idea which girls are really hot and the reasons behind it, and which girls probably fraud with makeup (obviously even with makeup its easy to see the lack bones on average people), so the average girls don't intimidate me as much as before because I can identify a clear "level" of looks and know when she's in my league. The knowledge gives you the ability to see flaws in girls faces, and helps with stopping to put them on a pedestal.
