yes that's why I eat a lot of goyslop

but I have no appeal to mature women so it's not so good tbh

But idk where you got that goyslop slows down aging... goy slop are full of chemicals, which mess with natural hormones and other important gut microbial properties. Goy slop also makes you inflammated, limits collagen production, and limits testosterone. You're not slowing down ageing per say, you are just slowing the impact of T, DHT and other potent hormones like cortisol, estrogen, prolactine, igf-1 etc.
The best course of action is putting a stop to goyslop ( if u r past 15-16 it will have a reduced impact, but impact nonetheless), and do resistance training, lower bodyfat, eat animal fats and proteins. Limit all type of grains like oat, which are goyslop too.

Lower cortisol or prolactine levels are shown to be detrimental. If your body misses a hormone signal it can be very dangerous. Here on this forum, we usually talk about lowering it, while some goyslop straight up inhibits it

as far as I know, superficially, prolactine is generally 'bad hormone' for males...

can you explain what problems lower cortisol caused by consuming goyslop can cause?
