I have PFS. PFS = androgen receptors do not work, testosterone/dht can't be used by your body. Imagine not being able to use Testosterone. What does that look like?

It looks like:
Never sweating. Riding a bike for 30 minutes in 90 degree, humid weather with only light sweat on your forehead. Imagine having skin so dry it peels, and looks like cottage cheese due to no collagen. Your muscles feel like sponge, they aren't hard, and you can't gain even a pump no matter how heavy you lift or how much protein/creatine you down. Your dick being dry, numb, doesn't feel like anything, gets hard maybe one a week. Imagine your hair being 24/7 dry, coarse, frizzy, and feelling like grass. Imagine your brainfog being so bad, that even music can't be enjoyed anymore, you have black spots in your peripheral vision, and dopamine levels are pretty much zero 24/7. Completely emotionally flat with no drive to to anything. Hunger is extremely low, two meals a day feels like a chore. Thirst goes down to basically nothing, I rarely drink fluids or feel good while drinking them.

No amount of dieting, good lifestyle, or exercise can fix it. Infact, most of those will raise testosterone which will just make your condition worse.

You guys treat PFS like it's a joke but as a person who's actually had it for 12 months now, it's so obviously real and out of your control, and you should be worried about it, especially if you're young and your androgen receptors are super dense. PFS = Androgen receptors not working, testosterone/DHT can't be used by your body and it all gets converted to estrogen. At best, you feel no emotions and are completely androgynous due to no sex hormone activity, at worse, your E2 gets raised so high that you become an angry emotional madman ready to throw down at any time despite you actually being super fatigued and weak 24/7. These drugs are complete memes and to be quite certain, I'm not sure if I'll ever truly recover.

I've been back on Minoxidil for 2 weeks now and I have seen improvements, this is because I am using it in an unusual way. My receptors seem to be regulated by Minoxidil now so I am forced to be on it for the rest of my life, or until it stops working. I still have more experimenting to do with dosage size, how often I apply, and what my lifestyle should be like. It looks like if I don't fap for a while my androgens stop working again. Dk yet... But I know there is no cure for PFS, only treatments. Once you have it, most of the time it's a lifelong battle or just something you accept.

Furk bro Im never touching this shit now

First of all, read the post dumbass. Read the post right now because I make it very clear that I didn't use Fin and I explained how hormone levels don't mean shit in PFS.

My testosterone was 895ng/dl in December, DHT was 45ng/dl, Estradiole was 51ng/dl, and everything else was normal.

Nothing is off about those bloods, dht a bit low, but none of it matters because with PFS your body cannot use testosterone.

It literally sounds like you are trying to prevent others from looksmaxxing by inventing those stories.

I mean you may have it but still 99% of the people doesnt..

its not pfs if you didnt use fin, what the fuck
I'm sure what you are experiencing is real but it isnt pfs

OP some have said that they got results from water fasting for at least 30 days or some shit, I knew someone who had a similar case but with Accutane which is similar to Fin I think and He treated it with this video

The longest I was able to fast was 3 and 1/2 days and I didn't notice any difference, but that's far lower than 30 days obviously. Seems like that video is mainly talking about liver sides and vitamin A intoxication, and there isn't anything there that i haven't tried already really. I tried MSM, didn't do shit.

I'm doing better now after getting back on Minoxidil, but I fear it won't last. It's already gotten worse since the first few days I feel like. But I'll hold out. I think the drug takes over your androgen processes and modulates it, your body becomes dependent on it, etc.

If I saw you in real life I would punch you in the face, you don't know shit about what I'm experiencing. Sorry for being toxic but, it is real. It's real. PFS is real and there are dozens of people on Propeciahelp who have it from minoxidil alone. I think my biggest mistake may have been quitting minoxidil cold turkey rather than weaning off, but regardless it's real.

Maybe try growing new androgen receptors in certain tissues and or improving their response?
Likely cope but I would definitely try anyway it sounds terrible.

I believe that pfs is real but I never knew you could get it from minox alone. If you are taking minox with no side effects is it safe to say you are in the clear?

As much as this sounds shitty, I’ll take a small (probs 1% chance) of this happening over going bald any day of the week

Yeah, there's some truth to CDnuts protocol. Honestly, I fucking hate propeciahelp because I've seen posts removed there for even mentioning it. Apparently CDNuts originally recommended like 20 different herbs which would cost $2,000, and he owned an online shop that happened to sell all of those herbs. So he was banned for trying to profit off of PFS victims.

But tribulus terris seems legit. Only the Mediherb and vemoherb brands are free from any saponins that contain estrogen, and apparently they're the only brands that work. I've pretty much gave up on fasting because I've fasted so much from october-december and it never really did shit. Also, using proviron for 8-10 weeks at extremely high doses every day has recovered some people. It makes them feel like shit for the 8-10 weeks and estrogen goes through the roof, one user measured 224pg/dl or some shit while on it, but apparently it recovers some people. Not sure if its a permanent.

I'm happy with my minoxidil therapy right now because it's so fucking easy and gets me decent results. I just need to figure out how to use it correctly. But if it stops working I'm willing to drop it and cycle tribulus and maybe even do that crazy proviron shit.

Probably. Millions of people use Minox and are just fine. But in my post I explained why certain people, especially those that bald early, are more prone to sides due to denser androgen receptors.

Are you telling me to lift? lol.

That's pretty much exactly what I've been trying to do, but PFS is so persistent it's easier said than done to just "improve androgen receptors".

I mean more like L-carnitine for muscle tissue and tribulus for brain tissue.

Ik this is like telling you to mew to fix this facial structure

But neither of us really know what effect that it's going to have. tribulus has shown to increase androgen receptor density in brain tissue so it's possible that the newly grown receptors will have a regular response as opposed to what they're currently doing.

Same goes for L-carnitine but that also works to 'improve' androgen receptor response on top of increasing density in muscle tissue. idk what effect that will have but I think it's worth a shot.
