Obv since kid i knew that no water causes headaches if you have headache drink water and all that stupid shit, but i never really went for a long time without drink, i always have some diet soda, water, coffe under my hand but rn ive went like 5 hours without any form of liquid and the headache was so fucking big, i grabbed 1l of milk and im chugging it rn and i feel so much better
