Anyone got a diet or just foods in general that will help with loosing fat especially tagerting face fat?

U cant target regions where u wanna lose fat
calorie deficit is law
 
There are no foods that make you lose weight. Only thing that causes weight loss is a calorie deficit.

There are things you can eat that make a deficit easier though. Protein and fiber are more satiating than carb/fat calories, so eat lots of those. Drinking water or zero calorie beverages before meals increases volume in the stomach making you feel more full. Avoid liquid calories at all costs (milk, soda, juice, etc) because these contribute to weight gain but do NOT make you feel more full. Caffeine also decreases appetite.

Foods with high protein:
Chicken (esp breasts)
Ground turkey/beef (go for leaner packages)
Protein powder
Greek yogurt (opt for fat free/low fat for less calories)
Fish (tuna, sardines, trout, salmon, etc)

Foods with high fiber:
Blueberries
Apples
Bananas
(most fruit)
Oats
Whole wheat bread
Brown rice
Beans

These foods will make you feel more full, making it easier to eat less
