I have this random urge to eat super healthy.
What foods shall I eat I’ve been craving a lot of beef and chicken recently also getting the cold a lot more than usual as I haven’t been eating the healthiest, shall i start eating raw/not overcooked meat a lot more?
 
this is what i eat with a low carb diet (basically carbs only from fruit and greens) :

banana
spinach
tomatoes
carrots
zuchinis
beans
peas
raw meat 2-3 times a week max (be sure it's safe to eat)
lots of olive oil
greek yogurt
raw milk
tuna
salmon
berries
chicken breast
eggs

idk if i forgot something but this should cover pretty much all the micronutrients and high protein/fats will satiate you more and help with fat loss

Eat drywall crackers and drink gasoline, total protein intake: 100000000000000g

Do not eat anything other then animal food (meat organs blood etc, eggs, dairy), and fruit

i need to gain weight so this will be hard will have to give it a go im not sure if i want to eat the vegetable shit as it is sprayed with pesticides

what animal blood? also heard it can be very bad for u but people say this about raw meat/eggs and ill still do it lol

I dont eat them as much either tbh just like 2-3 times a week to get the micronutrients
