4 weeks cutting diet, should i add something to it?
Gym 5 times week
Its been 5 days on it ,feels good for now
3L+ water daily
Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday (training days)
6’0 165lbs-170lbs
08:30 – Glass of water (250–300 ml)
09:30 – 1st protein (200 ml 0.5% milk + 3 tbsp powder) + glass of water
10:30 Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs / coffee
11:30 Coconut water 200 ml
12:30 – Glass of water (250–300 ml) Creatine 5 g
14:00 – Lunch: 150 g boiled/baked fillet + 150 g boiled rice
16:00–17:00 – StairMaster 130 floors 250 ml water
17:00-17:30 Strength training
18:00 – 2nd protein (200 ml milk) 0.5% + 3 tbsp. powder)
7:00 PM – Salad: red pepper, cucumber, greens
9:00 PM – Cottage cheese/yogurt 100g, low-fat/sugar-free
8:30 PM–10:00 PM – Glass of water, rest
10:30 PM–11:00 PM – Sleep
