Just finished a 4 month diet cycle, got to around 16-18% bf area, last month was diet fatigue hell, it was BAD. My ultimate goal is 10-12% but I wanna figure out how short of a diet break I can take before beginning next training cycle, some people advise 2 weeks, others advise a maintenance for the same duration as the diet… what do y’all think. I have access to every drug under the sun but I refuse to pin test or anything that’ll shut me down when my test is still firing perfectly
