You can freely implement some of the points from my nutrition, if you have something better to advise, though, I'd be grateful

This is my average per day. I eat meat few times a week in ~200g goes. All the carbs I consume in a window between 6 am and 3 pm, no later. Until 7 I finish my proteins. Sometimes I skip the breakfast or just throw in a banana. I fry my eggs, but if want it quick, drink them raw.

Foods—
1 banana
1 avocado / berries mix
50g of walnuts
150g of blueberries
12 eggs
30 g butter
90 g white meat
50 g red meat
1 scoop (24 g) of protein

Drinks—
6 litres of water
A litre of coffee (around 800 mg of caffeine) throughout the day
Beetroot juice 140 ml (or 1 l once a week in total)

Supplements—
Morning:
Zinc 70 mg
D3 4000 IU
K2 200 mcg
Calcium 1500 mg
Some vitamin pills (C, B)
Ashwagandha 3000 mg
Maca root 3600 mg
Electrolytes
Boron
Evening:
Potassium citrate 5 g (face debloat)
Creatine 10 g
Magnesium chelate 600 mg

I'm taking an ashwagandha and maca course, which I'm planning to substitute with a nootropics course upon using out current one. I have a prompt skincare protocol and a workout regimen.

12% current bf if to surmise from a look.
High-intensity sweat-inducing training 4/week.

Don't have a tik tok. Prefer high order strategical thinking with the constant improvement via progressive cognitive overload
