lmfao i literally eat like shit, use alcohol nicotine weed drink a shit ton of soda everyday and have 5x clearer skin and am less bloated than i was 2 years ago only eating clean and no substances:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Yes ofc if ur subhuman and u eat goyslop u should eat clean, but once ur a certain age or point in life it dosent matter

Goyslop bloats me but that’s probably due to all the salt.

I also get a little acne from slop

Some people are really affected by diet, it depends of your genetics

Now I try to eat clean 95% of the time, and I also feel better and energized when I have a lot of nutrients/vitamins in my body

do you think the optimal diet is meats + eggs + butter + water with maybe a piece or 2 of fruit before working out for fuel(high protein and fat and low carbs), and keeping yourself out of ketosis? I think from what I've been reading this causes no bloat, and is the highest nutrient density

Diet is important if you have weak genetics or had a bad childhood nutrition. If you had a solid foundation you can do pretty much anything and it won't hurt you too much. Like my friend who is a chadlite eats garbage, drinks alcohol, etc. is doing better than me in all ways possible.

Long term though my clean living/diet has allowed me to become healthier and do better in general. I still think it's worth it. But diet won't magically make you a chad within a short time span.

Yeah that’s true, I due feel a bit less sluggish when I eat clean

That’s a good point about long term, for now I’m eating like this while I’m busy
