first pic was at 15.5 yo, second at 16 and third at 17. I focused on improving test by eating animal based. I started eating tons of eggs and saturated fat, rare steaks etc.
Of course, puberty and angles is also a factor, but there is a clear difference in bonemass, that would not have been achieved without looksmaxxing. At least that‘s what I believe to be true. I also started martial arts. I hope this might give you some hope if you‘re 15/16, it‘s not over

I dont think so, i‘ve been bulking for the past 1/2 year, i really think my bones changed slightly. might be wrong tho
